Do you offer a free access?

Yes, myData offers forever free access. Every revenue manager should own their data and maximise its value indefinitely.

How do I create an account?

Currently, myData supports integration with Airbnb, and we will soon be adding support for Booking.com. You can register at app.mydatavalue.com or book a demo session.

Do you offer team accounts?

Team accounts will be available in the paid version, including a client/owner portal. This will allow property owners to access their performance metrics based on the current revenue management strategy.

How is myData different from dynamic pricing software?

myData goes beyond dynamic pricing by consolidating all your business data to provide a comprehensive analysis of both static and dynamic factors that impact your listing revenue. While dynamic pricing software primarily adjusts prices, myData detects changes in online travel agency metrics—such as title, description, first photo, media, and dynamic elements like price and promotions. It analyses historical data from the past 30 days, storing snapshots in a data warehouse, to evaluate how these factors influence your listing's performance.

Moreover, myData predicts which promotions, prices, or changes should be made based on past performance and booking predictability to increase your listing revenue. This allows you to make data-driven decisions that enhance your revenue management strategy, addressing both static content and dynamic pricing elements.

How does the Chatbot work?

The chatbot currently responds to pre-made prompts and can answer data-related questions based on the information provided by these prompts. Future updates will allow the chatbot to integrate with all property data from channels and PMS, enabling it to generate comprehensive finance and performance reports with just a click.

How does the Machine Learning work?

The machine learning algorithm updates once per day, learning the most effective metric correlations to drive reservations. It only uses aggregated metrics from integrated accounts and does not process personal information. Currently, it is limited only to understand once prompt with data is shared but questions about any listing data is on the roadmap and depending on demand will be prioritised.

Is this tool GDPR compliant?

Yes, myData is GDPR compliant. It does not store guest private information and it shares only aggregated property data. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

How does myData compares to AirDNA or STR?

Unlike AirDNA, which relies on scraping public Airbnb data and has limited PMS integrations, and STR, which depends on self-reported hotel data that can be inaccurate and excludes vacation rentals, myData integrates directly with internal ranking data from OTAs like Airbnb and Booking.com. This includes key metrics such as search impressions, page views, SEO rankings, competitor performance, property supply in specific geo-locations, and guest demand for specific dates and regions. This approach provides a more precise benchmark for your revenue management strategy.

With myData, you'll have a more reliable benchmark based on actual channel performance data, complemented by a custom compset of your choice. Additionally, aggregated data from existing users in your area enhances accuracy without revealing specific listing details.

A finance profit and loss report feature is also on the way, enabling benchmarking across channels, with future PMS data integration offering a consolidated view of your performance.
